Drive Medical Balanced Aire Non-Powered Self Adjusting Convertible Mattress

The Balanced Aire Self Adjusting foam/air mattress from Drive and Mason Medical provides excellent patient comfort with an air-filled support surface. Providing the patient with the proper support they want and need while aiding in the prevention of pressure ulcers. The Balanced Aire's foam-filled air cells are arranged into three separate zones and are covered by two types of foam for ideal comfort.

• Designed to prevent and treat any stage pressure ulcer the 8, 5" tri-laminated foam filled air cells self-adjust to the patient's needs (Figure A)
• 2.5" Hybrid Visco foam top layer is latex free and provides immersion therapy along with premium comfort
• High density foam perimeter provides firm edge support and facilitates safe patient transfers
• 7" to 5" heel slope redistributes pressure from vulnerable heels (Figure B)
• Derma Plush stretch cover helps reduce patient shear and is efficiently fluid resistant with low moisture vapor transmission to protect skin integrity.
