For taller users of the Wenzelite Trotter Rehab Stroller, the Headrest Extension is a must. It provides width and height adjustability for additional, comfortbale head support. When used in a vehicle, the headrest also prevents whiplash in the vent of a rear-end collision. Note that the headrest must be used for the stroller to conform to bus transit approval.
