Will you add to your selection in the future?
Yes, we plan on adding medical clothing items such as scrubs and lab coats as well as additional medical   equipment to account for our customers’ professional needs.

Where do you ship to?
We ship to locations all over the United States including Alaska, Hawaii, and the US territories. We also ship to Canada. We don’t offer international shipping at this time.

How much do you charge for shipping?
If you are located within the continental United States, we offer free shipping on all orders over $95. For orders under $95, we charge a flat rate of $7.95. If you are located in Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, or the US territories, additional charges may apply.

I need my order soon! How fast can you ship your orders?
After you checkout, our orders usually ship within 1 business day. With extenuating circumstances, our shipments will take 3 days at the most to ship out. We ship through UPS, so standard ground shipping times apply if you opt for free shipping. Otherwise, you can pay extra for a quicker delivery if you wish.

Can I track my order?
Yes! Since we ship through UPS, you can track your order at any time. We will send you the tracking information as soon as we receive it.

Do you do returns?
Yes, we do! We’re committed first and foremost to customer satisfaction, so if you return your product unopened and unused within 50 days of delivery, you will receive a full refund on most items 3 days after we recieve the returned item. If your return is the result of an error, such as an incorrect or defective item, we’ll even cover the shipping costs for you. We believe in maintaining a hassle-free return policy, so you can expect an easy transaction, no questions asked.

What is your return policy?
If you receive your order and the product is dysfunctional, or If there appears to be shipping damage that renders the product dysfunctional, you can contact us and we’ll take care of everything for you, replacing defective parts or even entire items.
