With five different instruments in our fitted case, the ADC Diagnostix 5215 complete diagnostic instrument set is a full featured 2.5 volt kit. Whether you work in a medical office, an emergency room or out in the field doing home health care or even paramedic work, this amazing kit will answer your call of duty time after time. This outstanding kit comes complete with an otoscope, an ophthalmoscope, a bent arm illuminator with chrome plated larynx and nasopharynx attachments for illuminating the oral cavity and pharyngeal areas, and 3.0mm and 4.0mm mirror attachments with an integral tongue depressor holder as well as a standard tongue depressor attachment and a disposable tongue depressor attachment. The top of the line chrome plated otoscope head has a removable 3x magnifying lens, insufflators fitting, an adapter that allows the use of Welch Allyn or compatible disposable specula, a nasal speculum adapter with a manual screw opening to allow instrumentation connection and auto-clavable polypropylene ear specula in 2.5mm, 3.5mm and 4.5mm sizes. The ophthalmoscope head features a lens wheel with 24 corrective lenses from -25 to +40 diopters and meets or exceeds ISO 10942 and ISO 15004-2. The interchangeable handle requires a C cell battery and features a knurled finish and rheostat on/off switch. Each instrument head comes with a bayonet locking mount that allows secure connection to the battery handle. This amazingly complete kit weighs only 23.5 ounces and comes with its own zippered case that has a fitted insert and is scuff and scratch resistant and easily cleaned. Inspected and packaged in the United States, this comprehensive diagnostic kit comes with a one year warranty.
